Our services
We are a licensed Texas bail bond business (License #274, through Bankers Insurance Company). We help arrange and post bail bonds so a defendant can be released from custody while their case is pending. The specific terms of any bond are set out in a separate written bail bond agreement signed at the time of service; if anything in these Terms conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services as a cosigner (indemnitor) or to make payments.
The premium and payments
- The bail bond premium is a fee for our service of posting the bond. It is earned when the bond is posted and is non-refundable, even if the case is later dismissed or the charges are dropped.
- If you use a payment plan, you agree to make payments according to the schedule in your written agreement.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms when you make a payment.
Cosigner (indemnitor) responsibilities
If you cosign a bond, you take on real legal and financial responsibility. You agree to help ensure the defendant appears at all required court dates and to be responsible for amounts owed if the defendant fails to appear, including the full bail amount and related costs, as described in your signed agreement.
Text messaging terms
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the following. These terms supplement the SMS section of our Privacy Policy.
- Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages about your case, bond, payments, and court dates. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your case and interactions with us.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to use our website to:
- Break any law or regulation.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
